Data collected

This site has no data collection form. The only personal data that may be received is what you voluntarily share when writing to the collective by email or phone: name, contact details and message content.

Purpose and retention

This information is used only to answer requests about touring, outreach, press or membership. It is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted or archived to the extent the association's record-keeping requires.

Recipients

This data is only accessible to the collective's board members. It is never shared with third parties.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data. To exercise these rights, write to hydrescollectif@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights are not respected.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses neither audience-measurement cookies nor advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' servers, which may transmit your IP address to Google when a page loads. Embedded videos come from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set a tracking cookie until the player is activated. Links to Instagram, YouTube and HelloAsso take you to those platforms, each governed by its own privacy policy.
